Heavy charge for laptop

Hi, i want to inform you that IILM (greatear noida) are charge Rs. 40000/- for laptop but when we are reach the institute for receive the laptop then we are seeing that laptop are so cheap according to charges. laptop have celeron proccesor.its a outdated processor and no demands in market. so, the laptop are only Rs. 20000 to 2500o0. i m request to you that please take the action against the institute..
