I, Kaushik Banerjee, fully disagree with the complaints lodged at 'Indian Consumer Complaints Forum' by some persons named as students of IIMS. It is clearly observed that the language used in that complaint is completely abusive and intentional towards hampering fame of the Institute. The intention shown by the complainant towards the honourable Chairman, the respected Director and Assistant Director amounts to defamation and calls for strict legal action. We, on behalf of Faculty, Management and Non- Teaching Staffs are strictly opposing this vindictive attitude and are ready to undertake all possible legal actions against the complainants.
