Want money to be refunded

I am pooja mehrotra and I would like to share a problem with you, actually my brother named Rajat Mehrotra took admission in IITT pojewal campus which comes under AICTE, and we had submitted 50000 rs to the institute but due to bank loan problem (because of not having whole document) we couldn't be able to submit the rest amount and when we call them they dont rec our calls and they never reply our email also and they promised us to refund the amount within one month but till today neither we got any mail from their side nor call they told to go to AICTE for the amount and we went but no strong action was taken by them too as for as my knowledge is concern in aicte approved institute they cut only minor amount and return the rest amount, pleaseeeeeee its an request from my family side to help us out and i have this much faith in u that u will defiantly take my mail into consideration.

please listen to us n help us because u r single hope of us.
