Non coperational behaviou

Sir,

This college is the most worst college i have ever seen in my life.

i m a passed out student of this college & this college don't even have the basic

infrastructure like untrained teachers, lack of tecnical equipments, poor hostel facilites& all of above principal of college changes after every 1 or 2 monthes. The most interesting thing is their non coperational behaviour towards the students, because it si their duty to bring up the marklists from the university, but they don't do so & students have to face so many problems .please look into the if possible.
