Dear,

i have purchase iken library of 10th science and Maths from Mexus, i am sorry to say that i am not at all happy with your service that you providing, i have called more than 5 times to your office every time i get the same answer that your complain will be solved in 24-48hrs but till date my problem is not yet solved its more than 20 days, every time customer support people says our technical team is not in the office once they will come back i will arrange for your call back, i think you people dont have technical team that's the reason i am still waiting for the call. your customer support says we just have only 1 technician,

the funniest and most shocking part is, sir your system have windows vista and our DVD don't support Vista . when i told them on the box itself it is mention that this DVD support vista they are not aware of it, they says they haven't seen the box

how many more days i have to wait, is it so that u will give me support after my child's 10th exam, this is high time now

NOW I AM NO MORE INTERESTED IN YOUR IKEM LIBRARY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT MONEY WHICH I HAVE SPEND ON THE DVD
