Non receipt of Convacation

i have passed BCA examination in the year 2002. but still now i have not yet received my degree convacation. Inspite of my several letter and emails to Director, Vice chancellor, Controller of examintaions. They are not responding properly.

I REQUEST TO GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TO TAKE A STRICK ACTION AGAINST THESE UNIVERSITIES WHO ARE PLAYING THE LIFE OF YOUTH.

THIS IS MY LAST TRY TO GET MY CONVACATION.IF I AM NOT GEETING A PROPER RESPONCE FROM THEM .I AM GOING TO COURT AND TRYING TO GET JUSTICE
