Giving less salary

Me and my sister has been working in this organization since from 23rd Dec to 12 Feb and I from 12th Jan to 12 Feb 12. The reason for lefting the job is that on 10th of feb all male staff with 1 female did our as well as our purse checking. Like pockets of coats jeans and suits. We gave our resignations on the spot and our boss who was not included in this checking procedure he did not accept and destroyed the resignation he said that he was apologizing for this but did not take any action against them. When we came t11th everybody was not talking with us as we are copyright. Our salary is 8k per month but they paid us half of our salary. so please take a serious action against this as it is not right. And so they will not do this kind of cheapness in the future
