Not getting membership despite of summision of application and demand draft

Sir, im a peadiatrician i had applied for IAP membership in 10 april.i sent a membership form of IAP along with DD of 6500Rs dated 9/04 in favour of IAP through speed post to bombay branch. After 3month of wait i had tried their phone number so many times but i couldnt get success to contact them.then i contacted to my bank they had withdrawn DD money.i contacted to speedpost department.. they said to me that they had delivered my membership form and DD to IAP, bombaybranch .and they have given me the proof of it... now i want my money back or give me membership in IAP... please solve my problem and help me... dr sanjiv
