Delaying of returning back of caution money

Institute has to return caution money - (Rs.7000 for Academic session and Rs.4000 for hostel, total=Rs.11000).

i have been asking them for last three months and every time they say like -

1) it will take time due to administration work.

2) Administrating staff is absent.

3) some signatures have to be done by Administration staff and will take time.

they are delaying for some or the other reasons, by giving some excuses...

I was a student of that institute (Session 2011)

this problem is not only with me but with so many of my friends.

Please do the needful and help us... we really need your help.
