Fake degree/college

During admissions our institute gave us wrong information about its affiliation from particular institute, also it said that it was UGC recognised but now after our first semester we realised that it was neither UGC recognised nor it was affiliated with any reputed college. Also the degree it provides is of no value. We are students of first year graduation program and our career is at peak. Our parents have paid high amount of fees to this institute and also our year will be wasted if we leave the institute in middle of the course. Please help us with proper legal actions and also, get us our money back.
