Non-delivery of placed orde

I had placed order no. 300120100248 for a book on Jan.30 and paid online. Payment got through and the order details said the book will be shipped on 02/02.

Till date i have not received my book. After calling and emailing several times. I was told the book is out of stock and that my order would be cancelled and my payment refunded. However, on the website, it still shows order "Being Processed". I have not received any communication about the order cancellation. Everytime I call they say my status will be updated in 2-3 days.

Indiaplaza.in is a cheat website. Dont buy from them.
