Not Updating of Assignent mark's

Sir,

I've registered myself at 1st year on Indira Gandhi National Open University on June under enrollment number 094715330 Course Code "BDP" State code 17 study centre code 1705 and i've completed my 1st year exam at June but my assignent mark's are not updating till now. I've complaint many time's at Head Office at New Delhi through e-mail and also personally at my Imphal Regional Centre but they didn't provide me any positive solution. My 2nd year exam will commence on June i'm unable to attain my 2nd year exam as my incomplete first year result.

I therefore request you to kindly check my problem and give me my positive solution.
