Not received my result even after one year of declarartion and admission also not confirmed to some extent

My name is Mithlesh Kumar Ray & I have enrolled myself in July in M.Com Course bearing Enrollment No. 083564371 in IGNOU. But my admission status is yet not confirmed even though I have appeared for my First & Second year examination in June & June but my result is not yet shown on the internet as Enrollment is Invalid. I have visited the Regional Centre Guwahati many times for this but they only say that the processing is going on from 3 years but not confirmed yet. They have harassed me a lot. So, please help me to get my result and if not please tell me How can I file a case against IGNOU.
