Forfeiture of Fee

Respected Sir,

I visited the Institute of Banking Service, SCO 34 (First Floor), Sector 11, Panchkula for coaching for Bank Clerk Exam.

I was told by their front office executive that I have to pay Rs. 500/- for two demo classes and which will be refunded to me if the coaching system is not found satisfactory.

That I deposited the requisite fee of Rs. 500/- vide receipt no. 220 dated 19.04.2011

That there are no regular classes for the course opted and I just attended the two demo classes on different days and requested the office executive to refund the fee.

The office executive assured to revert back after one or two days. But when after a lapse of more than 3 days I my self called the institute head on Mobile No. 92169-68310 she simply refused to refund my money, and asked me to go to anywhere as she is not afraid of any Rules or any Court of Law.

In view of above, it is requested that necessary directions may kindly be issued to the insitute to refund my hard earned money in the interest of natural justice.
