Also known as IEE, this is a NON PAYING firm. The owner would tell all the fancy words to hire you. Once you join the firm, god knows when will you get the salary. Moreover, you dont even get Offer Letter so that there would be no clue that you ever worked in that Company. My advice to all would be NEVER to join this firm
