Salary not paid for Faculty Members

ICRI runs teaching programs in 4 metros. I have worked with ICRI for some time. I resigned, I have No Dues Form from them, relieving letter given, but, till now last 1.5 months salary has not been given by them. 1 year's LTA & Medical reimbursement component of the salary has not been given. They did not respond to my mails for past 6.5 months. Their Corporate Office is in Defence Colony, New Delhi. I worked in Mumbai campus. Where should I approach - Consumer Courts, Labour Courts or High Courts.
