Unavailability of study material

Institute have already charged Rs5000 from us for study material but as per our subject we have give a book for a subject (legal dimensions in International business) giving a reason that it is very costly and we have to buy it from our side and when we asked for alternative solutions they asked us to photocopy the material on our own expenses.

One more problem is that we are a students of MIB (masters in International Business) earlier in session 10 we were given better classrooms with comfortable seats but now we have been shifted to other building and when we asked the reason they say that the building is divided according to universities but at the time of admission we were not informed about that.
