Institute of Mgmt & Research, Ghaziabad: Fake Institute

I am student of this institute doing PGDM. This institute doesn't have lecturer. One lecturer is teaching 3 subjects. Lecturers are not able to speak english. Their quality of teaching is very poor. This institute claims that they have 100% placement assitance but actually they do not have placement at all.

Why should AICTE give affilation to such institute which don't have lecturer and infrastructure. Director of this institute always says he has responsibility towards placement. Students of this institute requesting him to do something for placement but his response is zero.
