Non inclusion of Marks of Math II

I was appeared in UP Board Exams 2011. from SKD Academy Lucknow. I was allotted the examination centre at DAV Inter College, Aishbagh Road Lucknow. I had appeared in all the exams as per scheme given by board. After declaration of results when I have got our Marksheet, it is surprising that the marks obtained in Math II is not written on my marksheet and place left blank. Whereas I had appeared in the examination reguylarly. So you are requested to look in to the matter and arrange to provide the marks obtained. Details are as under.
