Harrasment and mental torture by the management

I got appointed and joined the institution on 12th august and served the institution uptill 8th september.but my salary has not been released to me till date.

I met Director general and requested him to release my salary. he misbehaved and abused me and asked me to get away from the institution immediately and used unparliamentary language. His intention was melafide. Kindly intervene and take appropriate action in this matter.
