Education loan

Dear all,

Its very bad experience with SBI and their employees. Though we had submitted all the documents still they ask for some more proofs for which they also dont know what thay need exactly. Being a Education loan process manager, we wish she should have certain ideas about the overseas universities and their policies. If they ask for the documents whcih are not existing in the world, then where should we produce them. Once again its prooved that its an great indian govt bank and no one bothers what ever happens to their customers. SHould be shame for that. They had ruined my brothers life and hope atleast they open their eyes before they face the same problem.
