Physical punishment

We in today's advanced age believe that our education system is flawless.but what sensible education can be imparted to students if they r meted out physical punishment on silly pretexts.the schools very well boast of being affiliated to C.B.S.E, but are they truly following the bpoard's guidelines.in my knowledge, CBSE has carefully defined the guidelines wherein teachers r not supposes to harm a child . but in JPS n may be in many other schools, who bothers? we send children to study, to become wise and not to learn violence, not to be threatened.this is very unfair on the part of school authorities, that despite repeated requests, there have been no improvements.who has given the right to the teachers to vent out their frustration on such tender students.if they cant handle the the daily situations in class, they should better sit at home n beat the pillows.atleast that will not harm the young, sensitive n innocent minds of our angels.the teachers spank the students badly if they miss out on anything... virtually a stupid reason.they even use a scale to punish kids as if some hard core criminals have come to them.i'd like to ask such tutors r they perfect? and what sort of near perfection they wish to bring in sweet children by slapping them? Has spanking ever helped to improve anybody, leave alone kids.we pay hefty fees for getting r kids educated n civilised.but i fear what well r kids grasp if teachers exhibit such barbaric tendencies.jps is still establishing itself... but its reputation is suffering as many parents complain of the same thing..jps authorities must come out of their deep slumber n make it a non spanking, truly comfortable learning place
