Jai Ambay Motor Driving School
Incomplete classes

I start taking classes by Jai Ambay Motor Driving school, Jhotwara, Jaipur from Feb. 17. They charged Rs. 1200 for 15 classes, 16 KM each class. They also charged Rs.700 for making learning licence. After giving me 7 classes, driver stopped to pick me. Any how I ask them to give me licence fee back.

It took more than 3 months, they gave me Rs. 700 back on May 29 after making hundreds of phone call. But still they are not providingme balance 8 classes. Simple excuse they have that they have not time in morning and evening shift.

These people don’t provide any receipt of payment. What should I do in this case?

No body should go for such driving classes. Government is also not monitoring these people, may be having some nexus. They are simple cheating us.
