Respected sir

i want to informe u that no service tax is being paid by the Authorized Representative and online centres organized by British council & IDp Australia for IELTS test in india rolling a large scale of business in india in every state

they are taking a very huge amount of money to enroled in this test but not paying any service tax from last many years .not only this online centres charging 300 to 400 rs extra money to register in the test and giving no receipts for this.

So, this is my kind request to service tax department to take strictly action against this type of organizations making fraud at the name of educational scoities
