Cheating policies and sales

Hi,

I would like to file a complaint against UBI Jaro education. I had registed for EMBA course for working professional and was informed about flexibility of this course and ability to take exams anywhere etc etc..

The fees paid were supposed to be valid for 2 years and included all exams fees for same duration.

During 1st exams it came to light that this university had very limited time slots at exam centres and could not accomodate students at near by centres. Exam centres were very limited with even cap on slots per centre. When there were multiple complaints about same, one representative of Jaro informed that there is nothing they could help with and we can choose centres eve far away and give exams.

No senior members from Jaro or UBI are reachable for escalations. The process or norms are not laid clearly as well and seems are printed on Prospectus. The co-ordinators on phone have no understanding of what they speak or write in emails. Sales contacts are rarely reachable.

Above all, the communication to register for exams are sent on lastday and if not registered, students are asked to pay exorbitant exam fees. (almost 3 times what were communicated during sales pitches).

I have had worst experience of my life registering for this course and waiting to take appropriate action against same.

I hope this complaint will not fall in deaf ears and someone from UBI or JARO will take necessary action against defaulters.

When contacted for escalations standard answers that senior are not available or will call back which never happens..(Have got mails supporting those claims)
