Promissing for job but not giving as jo

Sir i have to complain about jetking institute that when i was started jetking before two years ago they promissed me to give a right job..now the thing is i had completed jetking before one year the job i m doing right now is because of my freind refrence... when i m going to jetking and asking them about my job they always answers that wait for a month..now its enough i had already waited from last 18 months ans i have more then two years of exeperiance in this feild..so will u plz help me out dat...
