Not taking action on subsidy of interest on education loan

Sir,

A notice has been passed regarding subsidy of interest on education loan. I am eligible to avail this facility as I have taken loan for MBA and also my father income is less than4.5 lakh. I had submitted application for this but still no information and not any action has been taken

Kindly help me as soon as possible
