Name correction in Marks Memos

I am E.Shivakrishna, B.Tech final year student (4-1) from Arkay college of Engineering and Technology (Bodhan, Nizamabad) JNTU-Kukatpally bearing Hall ticket no 08805A0502.I did my diploma and joined engineering in 2008. In all my marks memos till current sem, my name was printed as XXX and father's name as YYY. I applied for name correction in Apr-10 for 2nd year memos. I didnt receive my memos yet. It seems that I lost it. Give me some suggestions so that I can retrieve them back and my correct name for forthcoming memos. Please guide me.
