Using set method in examinations

Egarding about the examinations (semesters) conducted students are loosing marks because of the sets pattern used in the exams due to unequal evaluation of marks. this pattern must be changed and a single set must be provided to all so that the valuation will be done equally to every student and no one will loose marks. thank you
