Not giving doccument (T.C) and marks sheet

Hi all plz dont take admission in the JSPM college

I mohan thombare was a student of JSPM's Kautilya Institute of Management & Research, Wagholi, Pune MB659 for the year 2009. we have paid all the fees.college never gives original receipt of fees. I passed out in the year 2009 but still college is... not issuing doccument (T.C) as well as they gave us marks sheet 3 month late after the declaration of result some students still not getting marksheet. Now they are demandindig more money from us alredy they have taken extra money at the time of exam.they know in exam time student cant fight with college. Till date we have not got our TC and markseet so how can we take admission. we contacted Shikshan shulka Samitee They also fear to take action. they advise us take suuport from politics. Please help us.
