Egarding diploma certificate

I am SHUBHAM MANTRI and want to complaint on GONDIA SENIOR SECONDARY PUBLIC SCHOOL beause they had not given me my dioploma certificate of 10th standard due to which I am unable to get admission in 12th standard and my exam paper is also returned by nagpur university and they were asking for dioplma.

when I went to college for diploma the peon UPADHAYAY BABU was saying that they has misplaced it and saying we dont have.

My admission is withheld and I am urgently in need of diploma certificate.

please help me urgently...
