Higher fees than agreement without receipt

Respected sir/madam,

i am student of kalaivani college of technology, palathurai, madukarai near cbe.

our college is a private one.my compliant is that about our fees.they give receipt only for fees which we agreed before at the starting of admission.they declare some fees suddenly and give a date of paying. if we fail to pay in date they declare fine against it. At the last semester examination they held circular at {day before exam} that "if any one who do not pay full fess cant attend the examination".so many of the students didn't written the exam. exam is the final result or we are studying for write the exam. it is a very cruelty to the students who expenses lot of fees to their future. sir pleas do anything for this kind of activites.
