Fee structure complaint

Kalavati Nursing school a fee of Rs. 55, 000 of GNM from each student even some of them are backward class like (scheduled tribes).. And again they collected Rs. 1, 200 posting in hospital and Rs. 75 for there id, charge for 1 month and they never said before about this fee again they need to posting students at another hospital they required Rs. 1, 800 for 2nd month also remaining one month will charge some fee for another hospital. They are not inform students during admission. It will happen again and again how will complaint.
