Demanding money for cancellion of admission

I had taken admission in the collage and i had not attended any of the lecture of the class. The matter is till this that they were not having any of the attendance of my in their register. After the admission in few days my father was been transferred to another town. Because for that it was necessary for me to cancel the admission which i had taken in this collage.

when i had gone to the collage for the cancellation, so they said me that you will not get back any refund of the fees of the admission i.e Rs.6225/- and the statement was not end of the collage till yet, on this they had said you have to paid Rs.2100/- for the cancellation, then only they will return me the documents that was my mark-sheet and my L.C.

It was not happening only with me, there was many more parents which had came for the cancellation and to get the their mark-sheet and L.C. return, for that also they were charging big amount of money which was not fix, to whom they were charging how much they were willing.

So I kindly request to take some action on them and I hope the problem which I had faced, the other should not face the same situation.
