Adout the principal

I the parent of lalith who is studying in NEW HORIZON PU COLLEGE which is put up in kasturinagar, bangalore. my complaint, my child had shortage in 1st pu soo the principal did not allow to write the exam, later he told to write supplementary, after the exam that is 1day after cald us and told the the off the transfer certificate because he as failed in all the subject when we told to show the corrected answer script, the principal was not willing to show and we came to know that he as not corrected the paper itself. and we are not getting any other good colleges also and the principal is not giving the TC and SSLC marks card also and the principal is collecting huge amount from the student who as failed and making them to attend the 2nd pu classes in similar way in the department of arts also, the principal is telling that he is cnaceling the arts so please join other college but he is not giving any proper information and aslo not giving the marks card and tc.plz help us.
