Equest for urgent sending provisional marksheet

Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I have completed my MSc (IT) in Juy 2010 but they do not send niether provisional nor original mark sheet till date, they also do not send the marksheet of my exam appeared in Jan. I require the mark sheet for various government job and higher studies. For this i have contacted many time from the employee of universities and study center but they do not give satisfactory response and have said your mark sheet will dispatch soon. So please take immediate action against him.
