Don't Join in Karrox kolkata weather you are a student or you are join as an employee.

If you will join as a student you will not get the proper service. And if you join as an employee that means you are making your life as hell. In the ambition house there are so many rules.

Rule No 1. Company HR department will say you will get the salary on 7th of the next month but never it will happen. You will get your salary may be on 15th or 24th the next month.

Rule No 2. You can't take non veg food inside the campus or even you can't go for the lunch with your colleges you have to go single means one by one (one employee go for lunch after complete his lunch he will come then other can go).

Rule No 3. If you take one leave on Saturday or Monday they will cut your salary for two days. If you take a leave on Saturday that means HR will count your leave as (Saturday Sunday) in case of Monday it will count as (Sunday Monday).

Rule No 3. Inside the office there is so many AC. But It is for show, so student get attracted and take registration not for employee.

Rule No 4. Office time is 9.30am to 6.30pm. but never expect this time schedule because your boss will come at 3.30pm and when she/he will go then you can go.

Rule No 5. In the campus so many cameras are installed it is for monitoring to you. Are you talking over phone or talking with your colleges?

I just explain you my 62 days experience in Kolkata karrox. May be there are so many such kind or f*****g rule.
