Not properly paying full income tax

Respected Sir,

i want to lodge a complaint against a institute who sells educational forms and making a lot of black money out of it he sells eductional forms and just missguiding the students by selling fake forms. Sir, this institute is also selling fake forms by giving the reference of indian govt that the form is issued by indian govt and certified by certaqin recoganised universities. Sir, i have also lodged the same compliant in amritsar income tax office but there is no action against it, so you please look into the same matter. its address is KHERA COLLEGE, chowk farid AMRITSAR
