Dear sir

In the academic session 2009 i was taken admission for the b.tech in kalinga institute of industrial technology (KIIT bhuvaneshwer). i have given a total of rupee 1, 83, 000 as the total academic fee for that session. But due to some reasons, i withdraw the admission from there. i was there only 2-3 days only there after i withdraw the admission. Also i had applied for the refund of the money taken as a fee. Approximately after one yr they had returned only 83, 000 rupees only. But according to AICTE rules for the refund of institutional fee they should refund total fee after deducting the registration fee. So please help me on getting the remaining money.
