Return of extra fees

Hi i am nishant verma from narwana. I have passed my BCA first year in session 2009 from K.M.Govt. P.G.College. and they took the extra fees in first year. The amount is 900 rupees. And i had taken admission in BCA second year in session 2010. But i quit the education.and they took the extra fees in second year also. The amount is 900 rupees. When they had returned the fees i was not here. and that is why i couldn't take the fees. but now they are not returning the fees. so please action for this complaint and tell me about this complaint result.
