Sir/madam

i would like to inform you that i have passed b.tech exams from uttar pradesh technical university, lucknow in 2009 but the college has not issued my Degree. College staff has made me to take many rounds of college which is very frustrating.

therefore i request you kindly take any action as this problem is faced by many students.
