Not delever pan card to me card is delever to other person who i dont know

I am komal prasad chandravanshi my pan card ack no 020850200244344 sir/madem I apply for pan card on last December and in january I a got a conforim message of delevery of my pan card. But i not got my pan card when i check its status. it was delever to another person who can misuse my car. I request you to take action against this case and reissue my pan card and send in my temperory addresh - c/o om marble and tile raipur road near tata moters show room kawardha, kabirdham chhattisgarh.
