Delay in processing Education loan

I am applying Educational Loan for my daughter S.Niranjana for the month of Sept. at EldamsRoad Branch, Chennai. I enquire about my loan to the bank some more time. Manager told not receiving order from RBS. I will convey to my brother who is working in Mumbai Indian Bank Branch and he enquired directly to RBS on 25.11.10, T.Nagar, Chennai office. Loan sanction authourity told loan is sanctioned on 01.11.10. and we will clear the order also. again i am move to Eldams Road Indian bank 26.11.10 and 27.11.10. up to morning 11.45 AM order is not recd. How many time i am approach the bank but results comes negative. I am really disappointed about your banking service. Please consider and take necessary steps further.
