Pen drive not found

Dear Sir, From last five to six month I am using my 2gb pendrive. That I am coping some data from my friends laptop one time it work properly but when I again connect for another data copy the coping window shows me it coping suddenly it shows me messages on laptop that it cant copy then I say ok it stop coping. As I again connect it to my laptop it shows me insert in drive H. But actully it inserted in drive H.I tried to format it. its dosent formating, even I checked for memory it shows me fully used. Please send me the solution on the same on my email.
