Not activate direct services

I want to complaint that your customer executives always activate direct services and refuse to return balance by giving bladdey reasons so i want strict action against them and stop them basters my point of view tata docomo is very bad service only disturb customers you says docomo simplycity but i think very fast balance dedecter bladey suck... reply my no 8446420975. And once call attain again try to call then call will not cinnect
