COMPELING TO PAY ANONYMOUS FEES WITH OUT RECEIPT

Sir,

Lord Venkiteshwara college is compelling to pay a fees named as "Development Fees". Not all students need to pay this fees. Students from other states are more suffered due to this. When ever asking the reason for such a fees none of the staff knows the details. Fees of 20, 000 Rupees has to pay with out any receipts. Is Anna University is responsible for this. The MD is keeping silent when asking about the fees and he is saying he don't know about it.

Please give attention to this matter immediately. Poor children are suffering a lot with this. They are spoiling the future of a technocrat. And this is rationalism. We have to prevent this.
