About rude and neglecting behaviou

I belong to a middle class family and requesting you on behalf of my parents, sir my brother who passed 10th in 2011 took admission there for polytechnique and due to sickness after 25 days he came back from there, the fee for hostal n collage we paid was Rs.10500 for collage and Rs49000 for hostal. we requested them to give our hostal fee by deducting amount for one month but they don't give us any response. we will really greatful to you sir.please help doing justice with us. my father's contact number is 09896470291.
