Very poor service provided by school nand indecent behaviour by owner of training centre

Sir i have to lodge a complaint against LUCKNOW MOTOR TRAINING SCHOOL., .the owner of this school mr induprakash singh is a cheater, he takes all the money in advance (rs 4200/-) for sending vehicle witrh power steering and then sends vehicles with non power steering for training that are in very pathetic condition..the service provided is very very poor and no punctuality is maintained..bewing dissatisfied with the quality of service provided when i contacted MR INDU PRAKASH SINGH, the owner of this institute he behaved in a very bad way and used indecent language..kindly register my complain and please take requirwed action against him.
