Made Easy postal course indefinite delay

I had ordered a postal study course by Made Easy. They sent the confirmation of the DD receipt on 21st June. They were supposed to send the study material by courier within 15 days to us. They dispatched the material on 26th of June by Track On Courier company (Consignment no -297465703). But it has not reached here till now. On calling the courier company they said they cant deliver it here as they dont have a service here at Jajpur Road (Odisha, place where I stay). Then few days later they said that they will deliver it within 2-3 days. This is their reply every time I call them. Now they are not answering us properly.

On calling Made Easy they say that they will talk to courier company. This is their reply every time I call them. And now they have stopped answering my number. They answer the call if I call them from other number. Also they speak in very rude manner whenever I call them now. They dont give a definite answer. It is now a month since the receipt of the DD but the courier has not reached us. On repeated request they have agreed to send another set of packet through registered post. But now I dont know whether I can reply upon them.

The delay in the courier is affecting the preparation of my wife. The course was for preparation of GATE examination. And this has really become an harassment for me that I have to spend nearly 2 hrs everyday to know about the status. Kindly help.
