NOn receipt of books for 1st semester exam even after 5 months of fees paid

Hi,

I have registered myself in Madurai Kamaraj University distance education MBA HR course. The fees towards the first year was paid on July. It was told that it will take a month time to receive the original ceritificate and books for stuides. But till date (29/12) we havent received the book for the first semester for which the exams are suppose to commence in Feb. Now the univeristy is asking us to pay the first semester exam fee. When i havent received my books in which confidnece i can appear for the exam. Would need a solution to this issue. It would be better if the exam is posponed appropriatelly.
